Curtis grew up on a family farm in southeastern Saskatchewan, where he learned how to work hard and play even harder. Eventually, the playing began to hurt, so naturally his focus shifted to building a family and career.

A performance driven leader and strategic thinker, Curtis Adair is recognized for his ability to incorporate innovative solutions, management practices and organizational alignment into results which enhance business practices and increase productivity and profit. With a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (High Honours) from the University of Saskatchewan, Curtis began his career at SaskTel in various management roles before joining SaskTel International as Assistant Vice-President of Business Development. Two years later Curtis was promoted to Vice President of Product Development and Innovation, where he now led the strategic research, planning, development and innovation teams. Then as COO he lead the organization to success by ensuring SI was positioned to address future market and operational optimization opportunities through continued alignment with industry standards, technology trends and customer demands.  Appointed President in July 2016, Curtis will continue to work with all of SI, SI’s Board and SI’s customers to accelerate the growth of SI and deliver on the overall vision for the company.

Away from the office, Curtis continues to be actively involved in the family farm and construction business. And, whether traveling as a family, cheering on his children in sport and recreation, or simply sharing the events of the hectic day, Curtis most importantly cherishes his time spent with his lovely wife and three precious girls.

Scott has experienced travel throughout the world but his biggest passion is here at home cheering on the Saskatchewan Roughriders.  Win or lose, rain or shine,  Scott will always stand by his football team and sport his jersey on game day.  When he’s not working hard, or cheering on the Riders he’s spending time with his family and traveling.

A lifelong learner, Scott is currently pursing his Executive MBA and brings over 25 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications industry.  Prior to SI, Scott spent 11 years with SaskTel, SI’s parent company where he was engaged with many of SaskTel’s largest enterprise customers ensuring that solutions were delivered with excellent business value.  Outside of SaskTel/SI, Scott spent over 10 years working for Saskatchewan Wheat Pool where he held a number of progressively responsible positions within their Enterprise Operations IT department.

As VP of Customer Services at SI, Scott is accountable for Customer Support, Quality Assurance and all Service Delivery.  Scott leads the multi-functional Customer Services department to support sales channels and deliver innovative solutions to meet the unique needs of SI’s customers.

Scott is a frequent attendee and presenter at industry conferences and maintains a lot of knowledge and connections in the telecommunications/ICT industry.  If you ever need a guy who knows a guy… Scott is your guy!

Growing up on a range, Curtis has no problem getting his hands dirty to get a job done, and he’s brought that mentality to his IT career over the last 30 years.  With the personal motto of “anything is possible with enough time and money”, Curtis doesn’t believe in putting limits to what can be accomplished at work and in life.

Despite his talents and accomplishments throughout his 25 years in the telecommunications industry, Curtis is one of the most humble individuals you will ever meet.  He fully believes in creating a work environment of encouragement, collaboration, and creativity, and by doing so he has led many major IT initiatives (including at SI) such as software integrations and conversions to their successes.

Curtis joined SaskTel International after being in leadership positions at numerous IT companies, and spent the last 8 years leading project teams at SI prior to joining the executive.  He has been heavily involved in the evolution, design, and development of all SI’s products in his previous roles.  As the Vice President of Product Development, Curtis leverages his deep knowledge of SI’s products and customer base to lead the strategic direction of the product roadmap, ensuring that SI continues to evolve with their clients and meet future market needs.

In his spare time, Curtis is happiest when he’s spending time fishing with his wife and two sons out at the lake.
