At SI, our leaders set the stage for success, ensuring that SI remains at the forefront as a leading-edge software and services solution provider.
Curtis grew up on a family farm in southeastern Saskatchewan, where he learned how to work hard and play even harder. Eventually, the playing began to hurt, so naturally his focus shifted to building a family and career.
A performance driven leader and strategic thinker, Curtis Adair is recognized for his ability to incorporate innovative solutions, management practices and organizational alignment into results which enhance business practices and increase productivity and profit. With a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (High Honours) from the University of Saskatchewan, Curtis began his career at SaskTel in various management roles before joining SaskTel International as Assistant Vice-President of Business Development. Two years later Curtis was promoted to Vice President of Product Development and Innovation, where he now led the strategic research, planning, development and innovation teams. Then as COO he lead the organization to success by ensuring SI was positioned to address future market and operational optimization opportunities through continued alignment with industry standards, technology trends and customer demands. Appointed President in July 2016, Curtis will continue to work with all of SI, SI’s Board and SI’s customers to accelerate the growth of SI and deliver on the overall vision for the company.
Away from the office, Curtis continues to be actively involved in the family farm and construction business. And, whether traveling as a family, cheering on his children in sport and recreation, or simply sharing the events of the hectic day, Curtis most importantly cherishes his time spent with his lovely wife and three precious girls.

Before Jim started a family or discovered an interest in travel and wine, he attended the University of Regina where he completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (Great Distinction), along with a Certificate in Computer Science.
