Integration (MAGIC):The challenge to provide seamless electronic bonding between often diverse inter and intra organization back and front office Operational Support Systems has become one of the most pressing issues facing information technology managers within the telecommunications industry today. Our integration product, MAGIC, addresses these issues by serving as a data exchange gateway between our product suite and other external Operational Support Systems or Integration Brokers. Our Modular Application Gateway and Interface Connector (MAGIC) product was developed for the technologies of today and tomorrow. As such, MAGIC embraces new technologies, specifically XML, Java, CORBA, Message-Oriented Middleware and builds on the existing strength of open interfaces. MICA User Group:Purchasers of our OSS Solutions suite are invited to join our user group. Called MICA (MARTENS International Client Association), it demonstrates SaskTel International's desire to become a true partner with our software customers. MICA allows member companies to avoid the costly process of maintaining software specific to their implementation and provides the opportunity to participate in on-going development of our products.
Our MICA user group is an excellent forum to exchange information and gain an industry-wide perspective. It enables our customers to learn more about SaskTel International's initiatives and exchange information. In addition to the MICA annual conference, SaskTel International conducts workshops and on-going conference calls, and issues a quarterly newsletter to share development and support information, and discuss key industry changes.
