Due to the complexity of the systems involved in the design and engineering of a VoIP network, SI conducts a preliminary assessment to completely scope the required work to be included within a project.  The review and assessment will evaluate all of the area within the following sections, in order to provide a thorough and comprehensive capital and resource budget for implementing a NGN.

Some of the components that may be included in the assessment consist of:

• A detailed questionnaire to be responded to by the Client
• Analysis of Client’s response to the questionnaire.
• On-site evaluation of Client’s staff, proposed network design, and equipment
• A general overview workshop.
• Determination of any issues and deficiencies that would prevent TSTT from launching desired services.
