Description of Project:
SaskTel International provided Alcatel Bahamas with professional Installation and Commissioning Engineers to install and commission a brand new Dense Wavelength Division Multiplex (DWDM) network between Florida and the Bahamas as well as configure and setup the spur links and connectivity to various locations within the Bahamas.

Description of Services:
SaskTel International provided two individuals to take on in-country management, deployment, installation and commissioning of a DWDM Network as well as OC48 spur links for Alcatel’s customer in the Bahamas. Staff were also asked to provide on the job installation and maintenance training to Alcatel’s customer staff involved in the project. Project involved travel between USA and Bahamas and to other locations and islands part of the Bahamas.
